Heftas

terms of use

Terms.

30 August 2026: This page is not a lawyer-approved, filed contract — it describes how Heftas works today and will be renewed before card payments open. It is a translation for convenience: the Turkish text is the one that applies, and this English version has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

what we do

You describe your business in one sentence. Heftas writes a site from that sentence and, if your plan allows it, hosts it. You don’t pick a template.

credits

The unit of spending is the credit. The first build is not capped like an edit — building a site from scratch is a different job. The monthly allowance is reset to the plan’s amount at the end of each period; the unused part does not carry over. Packs you buy do not expire. The current figures are in the pricing section, because written here they would drift: pricing.

without a plan

Opening an account is free. Each e-mail address gets enough credits to build one site, once, for free; deleting the account and opening it again with the same address does not renew this. The number of free builds per day is limited; if the limit is reached, the credits arrive at your next sign-in. After that, building takes credits — from a plan’s monthly allowance or from a pack you buy. When a plan starts, whatever is left of the free credits is replaced by the plan’s first monthly allowance. Publishing and connecting your own domain are on paid plans; a site built for free or with pack credits alone stays in preview and does not go live. An unpublished site on an account that has never paid is deleted if it is not opened for 30 days; we let you know by e-mail a week before, and opening the site once starts the period again.

right of withdrawal

In a distance sale a consumer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days. The same regulation excludes services performed instantly in electronic form from that right — and that is exactly what is sold here: the moment a credit is spent the model runs, the site is produced and the cost arises. So the part equal to the credits spent counts as performed, and there is no right of withdrawal for that part.

You confirm this on the payment screen: the “I have read and accept” tick covers both this page and your request that the service start immediately. The date of your consent and the version of the text you agreed to are recorded.

If you have spent no credits, you can withdraw within 14 days and the amount you paid is returned in full. If you have spent some, the value of the credits spent is deducted and the rest is refunded. Write your request from the Support tab; the credit ledger in your account shows item by item what was spent.

when payments stop

If the subscription is cancelled or the card cannot be charged, live sites stay open for 7 more days. A warning e-mail goes out that day. When the period ends the site is taken offline: your address and any domain you connected stay yours, and a short notice takes the place of the content. Files, conversation history, publish history and form messages are not deleted — when payment starts again, the site comes back at the same address.

after a refund

If a payment is refunded in full, or disputed with the bank and reversed, what it paid for is taken back too: the plan drops, unspent credits leave the account, the subscription closes and live sites are taken offline as described above — in this case the 7-day period does not apply, because the money has already gone back. Credits already spent are not taken back; that work was done. A partial refund does not affect the plan or the site.

forms

The sites we build can take forms from visitors. The messages are yours; we store them to show them in your inbox and, if it is on, to deliver them to your e-mail.

For the personal data in those messages you are the data controller under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) — we carry it on your behalf. On a site where we put a form, we write a notice explaining this at /gizlilik and link it at the bottom, but it names you as the business: reading it once is up to you. If you find it wrong or incomplete, tell us and we will fix it.

your site

The text you write and the site we build for you are yours. The site is hosted by us and stays live while your subscription lasts; we do not hand out its source code. Do not use it for illegal content. We may stop abuse and suspend the account.

what we don’t host

Sites that use someone else’s text, photos or brand without permission; fraud, fake shops, phishing; gambling and betting; adult content; selling drugs, prescription medicine or unlicensed supplements; selling weapons and explosives; selling alcohol, tobacco or e-cigarettes online; counterfeit goods and piracy; hate and violence; anything else illegal. We check such requests automatically before building, and sites before publishing; we also read the refused requests ourselves, and an account refused three times in a day has its site building paused for a day. The site is produced from your sentences — you are responsible for what you write; we do not take on the content because we produced it.

complaints and takedowns

If a site we host copied yours, impersonates you or contains something illegal, write to us — without an account, at: /en/report. You don’t need to be our customer. The site’s address, what was infringed and — if you like — a reply address so we can answer are enough. If you leave no reply address we still read the complaint, but we cannot get back to you.

A person reads and answers the complaint within 3 working days. If we find it justified we take the site offline, close the account if needed, and tell the site’s owner why it was removed. For plainly illegal content we don’t wait for the period; we remove it first. Where we cannot be sure we don’t take sides on our own — we write to both of you about what we did. We give the person complaining no information about the site’s owner: not who they are, their address, or how many sites they have.

changes

We may change the service. This page is not meant as an unchangeable contract. Version of this text: 2026-09-24. The version you agree to on the payment screen is saved to your account, so a sentence changed later does not retroactively change the text you accepted.

contact

Heftas is a product name; no registered company name is recorded here. The product was written in Istanbul. If you are a customer, reach us through the Support tab in your dashboard: your request stays there together with its answer. If not, /en/report needs no account. There is no separate support e-mail address.
