30 August 2026: This page is not a lawyer-approved, filed contract — it describes how Heftas works today and will be renewed before card payments open. It is a translation for convenience: the Turkish text is the one that applies, and this English version has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
If a site we host copied yours, uses your photo or text without permission, impersonates you or contains something illegal, fill this in. You don’t need an account — nor do you need to be our customer; usually you aren’t.
A person reads and answers the report within 3 working days. If we find it justified we take the site offline, close the account if needed, and tell the site’s owner why it was removed. For plainly illegal content we don’t wait for the period; we remove it first. Where we cannot be sure we don’t take sides on our own — we write to both of you about what we did.
We give you no information about the site’s owner: not who they are, their address, or whether they have other sites. This form is not a lookup tool; we tell you what we did, not who we dealt with.
From this form we receive only the address you wrote, your account of it and — if you left one — your reply address. We use the reply address only to answer. The report record stays with us because it is the basis for a decision to take a site down. Details are on the privacy page.
Don’t write here about a problem with your own site; the Support tab in your dashboard sees your account and your sites and moves much faster.
